Wolfepointe
Element Design Group was the Landscape Architect for a private home in Lewes, Delaware. Coined the “urban tree house,” this home is located on an existing wooded lot and takes advantage of its surroundings. The landscape strives to be just as eco-friendly as the home by capturing and recycling the rainwater for use as irrigation and for the proposed water feature. The landscape design included additional hardscape in the form of an extended patio and walkway, a grilling area, an intimate garden nook, and a simple yet elegant planting plan that evokes a coastal landscape with a modern edge.
