Woodfield Preserve is a 256-lot residential subdivision on 195 acres located in Sussex County, Delaware.  Element Design Group was responsible for the complete site layout & design, utility and storm water management design, DelDOT entry design and engineering, and provided guidance throughout the land development approval process.
