Located in Downtown Wilmington, this private residence is designed to meet LEED Home – Platinum.  Totaling 4,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space, the house and site exhibit a number of sustainable and green technology systems: geothermal heating and cooling; PEX manifold water distribution system; Rinnai tankless water heater; Huber Zip System structural wall panels; R30 insulation; low impact lot design with pervious pavers; rainwater cistern collection for irrigation use; and low-maintenance native plantings.  Element provided civil engineering, architectural design, and landscape architectural services.
