The Vineyards

Element Design Group, as part of the consultant team for the Vineyards, was responsible for expanding on the schematic designs for the mixed-use buildings which included the design-development phase and the final construction drawings.  Commercial floor tenant fit-outs as well as multi-family dwelling units were part of Element’s scope.  The Vineyards is poised to be a vibrant mixed-use community model in the southern Delaware region and beyond.
