Located along Route 1 between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Seaside Plaza is a proposed renovation to an existing retail parcel.  Element Design Group was responsible for a complete site design package, including storm water management design, parking analysis, landscape buffer design within the highway corridor overlay district, and provided guidance through the land planning approval process.
