Nephrology Associates, located in Milford, Delaware, is a 6,463 square-foot medical facility situated on 3.05 acres with it’s associated parking.  The parcel is designed for future expansion that includes an additional 13,000 square feet of medical/office space and its required parking.  Element Design Group provided land planning services, civil design drawings, architectural and landscape architectural services, and  guidance through local and regional approval processes.  Element was also honored by the City of Milford as being considered a model of the commercial site design application process.
